Design & Modelling
We use the latest CAD and 3D modelling software to bring ideas to life well before any projects are started to realise the space and to give clients the option to change multiple elements at the design stage.
Lighting Control & Design
Using over a decade of experience in the lighting controls industry Resi AV can take plans and concepts and design them into working systems using control platforms from the leading manufacturers including Lutron, Crestron, Rako, iLight and many more using not only manufacturer controls but also specialising in 3rd party controls. Our skills and experience make designing and implementing these systems in residential spaces easy and intuitive to owners.
Pre Purchase Surveys
As techonlogy in the prime and ultra prime sector becomes more main stream and standard our pre purchase surveys are here to help buyers know and understand exactly what they are buying when it comes to technology in their new home. Is it good? Is it bad?? What should I be considering when the vendor offers to sell some of their technology with the house?? Our surveys give an accurate report of all areas of a property from WiFi coverage, infastructure cabling, future provsions, replacement costs, maitenance factors and much more. To date our surveys have saved clients over £80,000 in additional costs when purchasing their new properties
